These Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) govern the relationship between you and International Legion for the Defense of Ukraine ("we" "us" "our") regarding your use of our website available at https://ildu.legion.army/ (the “Website”), including all textual, graphic, video, software and other content available through the Website (the “Content”).

Your access and use of the Website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these T&C, which establish a legally binding contractual relationship between you and the International Legion for the Defense of Ukraine. For this reason, PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE.

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, these T&C set forth the entire agreement between you and the the International Legion for the Defense of Ukraine regarding its subject matter, and supersede all prior promises, agreements or representations, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
